One of the first things we wanted to do was finalise a house to rent. That’s where Rica and her team stepped in to help us. Even before arriving in Japan, I spoke to Rica and she immediately got her team member Keiko to send us information about renting apartments in Japan. I was able to look at a few options a month before arriving in Japan. Just a day after arriving, we decided to go look at the shortlisted apartments. Keiko was with us every step of the way and negotiated with home owners on our behalf. With her help, we were able to overcome all hurdles and settle into a beautiful apartment in a location that is perfect for us. They have continued to support us even after we moved into the apartment. All in all, it would not have been possible without Rica and Keiko.
