Being in a foreign land, it’s never easy to master everything within a short span of time. I have been forewarned by many of my friends prior to moving to Kyoto that finding a good decent sized apartment is not an easy task plus I have a few pieces of furniture along with me. Through a fellow industry friend, I was referred to connect with Core Eight that’s how I met Rica and Keiko. Both of them are so professional and patient in listening to all my requests as well as so proactively looking for the most suitable apartment come close to my preference. After several attempts, I finally found my current apartment which I am very happy with. Their attentive service level went above and beyond just to name a few things, they point out where is the closest bus station and bus number that I should take to go to work, closest supermarket for groceries shopping and even until now I still occasionally contact them for help especially Keiko who is the superstar, she never failed in helping me to sort out some of the challenges because I don’t speak Japanese.
Their professional service is highly commendable and I don’t know if you can find in any other Real Estate company like them being so friendly and accountable. If there is a rating that applies to the Real Estate industry, if it works similarly as Hotel, they will definitely deserve the best 5-star rating no doubt.
